Play Universe ascertains that the Happy Child Smile Guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the “Guarantee”) is our commitment to ensuring that all products distributed by us are delivered to our customers in their original condition, without any tampering or alteration from our side.
All products are inspected prior to dispatch and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely and as intended.
In addition, the Guarantee ensures that we provide post-purchase support for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. During this period, we welcome and carefully consider all customer feedback submitted via the relevant contact details provided on our website.
Satisfaction Promise
If your child is not delighted with their toy, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery, and we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.
