We deliver nationwide within South Africa 🇿🇦.
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to in the future!
Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, special promotions), processing times may be slightly longer, we appreciate your patience!
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

We offer FREE delivery on all order above R850.
Correct Address Details
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or additional courier fees for re-delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the parcel:

The courier may attempt delivery again, or
-
The parcel may be returned to us.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Damaged or Missing Items
We carefully pack every order, but if something isn’t right:

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
